FIGURING OUT
LIFE'S
CHALLENGES

Dealing with life’s challenges can be daunting, confusing, and even scary when you lack clarity about the four pillars of your Core Quest.

While to those around you, it may seem like you’re doing great, deep inside, you often sense some form of misalignment, making it difficult to pinpoint why and what can be done to address it.

This misalignment can appear in the following forms:

DEALING WITH EMOTIONAL STRUGGLES

You often feel emotionally and mentally strained. This can translate to a constant feeling of exhaustion and being overwhelmed. You often lack motivation and find yourself wanting to give up. On top of that, you might frequently overthink things, leading to a persistent sense that nothing you do is good enough.

SOCIAL AND INTERPERSONAL STRUGGLES

You’re encountering challenges in your relationships, where you don’t fully trust or receive the support you need from others. Despite having friends and family around, you feel lonely and lost, not knowing whom to talk to or even what to talk about exactly.

TIME MANAGEMEMNT AND WELL BEING

In your daily life, it can be tough to carve out time for things you genuinely enjoy. This struggle often leads to procrastination and trouble staying focused, affecting your overall well-being.

“This workshop had a clear and solid thread running through it from start to finish. Each activity and exercise was not only deep and substantive but also interconnected, building upon each other like Lego pieces.
The openness of conversations and discussions among the men in the workshop was unique and nourishing, both being supported and challenged to live towards my higher purpose. The dialogue fostered a sense of authenticity and trust that allowed us to share things I might not have in other settings.”
